The Clear Lead Solutions Group provides expert product and implementation services for a range of enterprise business technologies. This is achieved through partnerships with recognised 'best of breed' technology leaders that align with our core competencies. The Group currently consists of two practices:
- Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Practice. This is a dedicated national PPM practice that is focussed on implementing the CA-Clarity PPM system. Clear Lead is a certified Enterprise CA Services and Reseller Partner for Clarity, and is recognised as the premier Clarity implementation team in the region.
- Service Desk and Configuration Management Practice. Clear Lead's Service Desk practice provides solutions for the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes for service support and service delivery, based on CA's leading solution suite of Service Desk, Knowledge Tools, and Dashboard. Knowledge Tools is a powerful life cycle, knowledge management solution that empowers self-service users and analysts alike. The CA Dashboard provides visibility of critical service desk operational metrics.
- Enterprise Mapping Practice. Our Enterprise mapping team implements tools and systems that allows the complex information and data structures of an organisation to be mapped and made meaningful. This is applicable to the domains of requirements management, information management, business process modeling and configuration management. In direct support of this, Clear Lead is a certified Services and Reseller Partner for the Rational product suite from IBM.
The Solutions team uses proven implementation methodologies gained from many years of experience of working with these technologies, and is able to help clients realise the value of their system investments effectively.
